Maintenance methods and precautions of chain block:
1. Check the lifting chain of chain block for excessive wear, corrosion, deformation and external damage.
2. Check whether all rotating parts of the chain block rotate flexibly and the fasteners shall not be loose.
3. Check the hook for wear and deformation. The hook shall be free of crack, acute angle, burr, corrosion, warpage, torsion and other harmful defects.
4. The transmission parts of the chain block shall be lubricated regularly with grease. The friction surfaces of the brake must be kept clean and free of oil to ensure reliable braking performance.
5. The lifting chain of chain block shall be frequently coated with lubricating oil during use, and shall not be stuck with dirt and other sundries, so as to avoid being brought into the lifting sprocket and deposited in the concave, which will affect the engagement of the parties.
6. The used chain block shall be stored in a dry place. When it is not used for a long time, it shall be properly protected and kept.
