Hand pulled hoists have outstanding lifting and hoisting capabilities. In the impression of most people, the work content of hand pulled hoists is relatively simple, mainly lifting and hoisting work. In fact, the content involved in hand pulled hoists is far more than that. In addition to lifting and hoisting operations, it also involves calibration functions.
The weight of some large mechanical equipment is generally several tons or even tens of tons, and for slight adjustments to the seating position of such equipment, hand pulled chain hoists, especially large tonnage hand pulled chain hoists, are usually used. The operator continuously pulls the hand pulled chain bar to drive the lifting chain, and then fine tunes the position of large equipment, which is generally impossible to achieve with electric hoists.
The operation of electric hoists is driven by electricity, and the adjustment of equipment position cannot be achieved at a constant speed, which makes it extremely difficult to adjust. However, hand pulled hoists can flexibly change according to the current state at any time, making adjustments more efficient and accurate. This is the application of hand pulled hoists in equipment calibration tasks.
