If a hydraulic jack is used for a long time, the internal hydraulic oil concentration may also change and a small amount of impurities may be mixed. Therefore, after a period of use, we should replace the hydraulic oil to ensure that the hydraulic jack has a good hydraulic circulation system. So how should we replace the hydraulic oil?
There is a return valve at the base of the hydraulic jack, which controls the opening and closing of the main oil tank oil circuit and the connection of the oil storage tank. It is turned clockwise until it cannot be turned, and it is now fully closed. Turn counterclockwise to open, but turning counterclockwise can keep the return valve unscrewed. The small hole that is unscrewed is the place for unloading oil. We will turn the return valve of the hydraulic jack downwards, and hydraulic oil will flow out along the small hole.
After the hydraulic oil inside is emptied, should we pour the new hydraulic oil into this small hole? Not really. At this point, it is necessary to use a hydraulic valve to tighten the oil discharge hole. The place to replace the hydraulic oil is at the oil plug on the side of the hydraulic jack. We need to buckle out the oil plug and place the hydraulic jack horizontally with the oil hole facing upwards. Then pour in new hydraulic oil and plug the oil plug again. This is the entire process of replacing hydraulic oil with a hydraulic jack.
