Micro electric hoist belongs to a type of lifting hoist. While most people are familiar with traditional electric hoists, they may not be familiar with micro electric hoists. Many people do not know how to define micro electric hoists. Below, Chenghua will introduce them from three aspects.
① Size: Since it is called a miniature electric hoist, its size must be smaller than some traditional electric hoists. The size of traditional electric hoists is generally larger. In comparison, miniature electric hoists are much smaller and usually fixed on small cranes to indicate their compact appearance.
② Power supply voltage: The voltage commonly used for micro electric hoists is 220V, such as shopping mall electric hoists, portable traction hoists, and so on. The power supply voltage of traditional electric hoists is 380V and 440V, which are mostly used for lifting and hoisting in large-scale construction industries such as bridge construction.
③ Comparison of Load Capacity: Micro electric hoists are known for their household and civilian use, so they do not require a large load capacity. Their load capacity is generally within 1 ton, and two to three hundred kilograms is a bit too much. Traditional electric hoists have a stronger load capacity, usually ranging from 0.3 tons to 80 tons of rated load.
Through the introduction of the above three points, I believe everyone has a general understanding of the concept of micro electric hoists. Generally speaking, compared to traditional electric hoists, micro electric hoists have smaller appearance dimensions, lower rated voltage, and smaller load capacity. This is the definition of micro electric hoists.
