Hand cranked hoist is a human powered lifting machinery, which can be roughly divided into eight parts. Each part drives the hand cranked hoist to perform lifting operations through different tasks.
1. Hook up: The main function of the hook up is to fix the hand board hoist, so that it can be used normally during operation.
2. Cable clamp: Cable clamp, also known as tongue, is mainly used to fix and prevent detachment.
3. Hook frame: The hook frame is mainly used to fix the chain and ensure that the chain can run smoothly during operation.
4. Pulling block: Pulling block is manually adjusted and used to adjust the gear. Usually used to adjust the distance of the chain hook when the hooked object accidentally slips off.
5. Lifting Chain: The length of the lifting chain is adjusted according to the height of the crane and is an indispensable part of the lifting tool.
6. Handle: The handle relies on human free movement to lift objects.
7. Light Chain: Light chains do not bear weight, and when there are no lifting objects, they can be used to quickly adjust the movement of the lower structure.
8. Lower structure: The lower structure is used to suspend lifting objects.
Hand cranked hoist is a small, portable lifting tool that relies on manual labor. Therefore, the lifting capacity of hand cranked hoist should not be too large, and the specific lifting capacity should refer to the instructions. (Hand cranked hoists can also be used for horizontal operations on the ground, serving as a traction mechanism.)
