How to maintain the chain block
1. Check the chain hoist for excessive wear, corrosion, deformation and external damage.
2. Check whether all rotating parts of the chain block can rotate flexibly, and the fasteners shall not be loose.
3. Check the hook for wear and deformation. The hook shall be free of such harmful defects as crack, acute angle, burr, corrosion, warping and torsion.
4. All transmission parts of the chain block shall be lubricated with grease regularly. The friction surfaces of the brake must be kept clean and free of oil stain to ensure reliable braking performance.
5. The chain hoist lifting chain should be coated with lubricating oil frequently when using, and should not be stuck with dirt and other debris, so as to avoid bringing into the lifting chain wheel and depositing in the concave, affecting the engagement of the party.
6. The chain block after use should be stored in a dry place. It should be properly protected and kept when it is not used for a long time.
