What should be paid attention to when using chain block to hoist equipment
1. Before lifting the chain block, check the mechanical part of the equipment, the steel wire rope, hook, limiter, etc. shall be in good condition, the electrical part shall be free of electric leakage, and the grounding device shall be in good condition. When lifting a heavy object each time, stop the machine 10cm above the ground to check the braking condition, and work can only be carried out after it is confirmed to be in good condition. Rainproof shed shall be set for outdoor operation.
2. It is not allowed to use the electric hoist for overload lifting. When lifting, it is not allowed to hold hands between ropes and objects. When lifting objects, collision is strictly prevented.
3. The lifted objects shall be bundled firmly and placed at the center of gravity. When lifting, the weight shall not be too high from the ground. It is strictly forbidden to let the weight pass over the head. It is not allowed to hang the weight in the air during the working gap.
4. If the chain block has peculiar smell during lifting, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection in case of high temperature, find out the cause, and continue to work after treatment.
5. The wire rope of chain block shall be wound neatly on the drum. When the hook is placed at the lowest position, the wire rope on the drum shall not be less than three turns.
6. When using the hanging cable electrical switch to start, the insulation must be good, the sliding must be free, and the button should be operated correctly and the standing position should be noticed.
7. During hoisting, when the heavy object slides due to failure, emergency measures must be taken to lower the heavy object to the unmanned place.
8. The heavy objects must be lifted vertically. It is not allowed to pull the heavy objects diagonally. If the weight of the lifted object is unclear, it is not allowed to lift.
9. After the work is completed, the electric hoist shall stop at the designated position, the hook shall be lifted and the power supply shall be cut off. one hundred and twenty-two
