Tutorial on how to use the lever hoist
The lever hoist is used to pull the handle manually to obtain the linear traction force matching the load by virtue of the lever principle, and acts on a clamp body of the load in the movement in turn to drive the load to run.
First, fix the hook of the chain hoist with the fixed object in the hand hoist, and hang the chain hook with the lifted object.
Lifting heavy objects: pull the knob of the chain block to the "top" of the position plate, and then pull the handle repeatedly. With the reciprocating of the handle, the heavy objects will rise steadily.
On the contrary, turn the knob of the lever hoist to the "down" position on the indicator board, and then pull the handle repeatedly, and the weight will fall steadily with the pull of the handle.
Adjust the position of the hook of the lever block:
Turn the knob to "0" on the indicator when there is no load, and then turn the handwheel to adjust the up and down positions of the chain hook. Because the pawl disengages the ratchet wheel, the position of the chain hook can be easily and rapidly adjusted by pulling the chain manually.
